Shipping will go through the United States Postal Service and all orders will be shipped out within 3 business days. Shipping price will be determined off of weight and location.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy & Cancellation
We accepts cancellations and returns for reasons including; purchasing wrong size for clothing merchandise, damaged, wrong item, or missing item.
You have 24 hours from when your order is placed to cancel your order and receive a full refund; including a full refund of shipping costs. After 24 hours a full refund will only be granted if the order has not been packaged and shipped.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns are to be shipped within 7 days of their receipt (date of delivery). Returns requested or shipped after these deadlines are subject to have the request denied or a higher restocking fee. Items must return in the same condition that they were sent to you. Please package your return carefully; We are not responsible for items that are broken during return shipping.
Once the items have been received and inspected by us you will receive a refund for the cost of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Item
Returns considered to be our error include; damaged merchandise, wrong items shipped, or item(s) missing. Every order is photographed before it ships to make sure it is not damaged, and all items are included.
Exchanging Clothing Merchandise: For wrong sizing, an email must be sent first within 24 hours to see if the size you want exchanged is available. In some cases you may be asked to exchange for another piece of clothing with the same price due to our stock we have available. Consumer will have to pay for shipping costs to return and re-ship. Please follow our sizing chart to make sure you are ordering the right size.
Wrong Item: We request that the item be sent back. As soon as the returned item is received in the same condition that it was sent to you, we will ship your correct item out to you and reimburse you for your return shipping costs.
Damaged Item: For defective or broken merchandise a photo of the damage must be emailed to Sam@TheLasVegasMedium.com within 24 hours before a refund is made. If damage is proven to have happened during shipment you will receive a refund for the full price of the item.
Gems and Crystals
Please be aware that with tumbled and raw stones there are multiple available that are naturally occurring variations in size, shape, and coloring.
Return Address
An email must be sent to us once you have shipped your return. This way it can be tracked more easily, and we can expedite your refund.
• Returns shipped within 7 days of receipt are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Returns shipped after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Restocking fees are for returns that are not to the fault of Samantha Deller.
