Learning to shield away from anything negative.-The basics on how to start and how to understand your personal gifts and psychic dictionary, while not being afraid.-Auras, energy, how energy feels and what it looks like.-The different Clair’s and how to use them.-Different techniques of Meditation to help you advance your skills more.-Divination tools such as Angel Cards, and Pendulums.-Metaphysical uses with crystals, oils, sage, and palo santo.-Ethics and morals of connecting to spirit and energy.-Interactive games and exercises.This will be the greatest investment you make for yourself. There will be plenty of time for practice and Q&A.
